A plain-language summary of data handling in the current Carvon AI early-access build.
Last updated: 22 July 2026
Information used by the current product
The current application can process account information you provide during sign-up, such as your email address, name, profile preferences, and workspace details. Authentication and account persistence are provided through Supabase. The public contact form does not submit to a Carvon AI backend; it opens a message in your email application.
Marketplace and commerce data
The current early-access build does not connect to live marketplace accounts. Dashboard sales, order, product, inventory, and insight information is deterministic demo data and does not represent a customer business. This policy will be updated before live connectors are activated.
How account information is used
Account information is used to authenticate you, maintain your profile and workspace, support onboarding, and provide access to protected application pages. Carvon AI does not use a service-role client in the application; database row-level security is the authorization boundary.
Data sharing and sale
Carvon AI does not claim to sell personal information. Account infrastructure providers may process information only as needed to operate the product. Additional providers and their roles will be disclosed before production services that require them are introduced.
Your choices
You can choose not to create an account and still browse the public site. Account correction, export, and deletion workflows are still being prepared for production. Contact the team if you need help with early-access account information.
Questions and updates
This page describes the current early-access implementation and is not a claim of a certification or regulatory status. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@carvon-ai.com.
